I practice a modified form of executive coaching that focuses on the specific problems that the corporate executive faces daily. My work integrates the current issues facing the executive with other aspects of his or her personality, with the goal of creating a more thoughtful approach and combining it with skillful assertiveness. My approach is embedded in an empathic and thoughtful understanding of the total situation and includes focusing on current relationships both in and outside the workplace. I also include a focus on the childhood roots of patterns of relating when they are relevant to current professional life.
